GEM 520

This is a side-belt driven, manually adjusted machine with the following features:

• Single Column – provides easy access to change tapeheads and it allows the machine to be used as a conveyor for coding and labeling machines.
• Floating Bridge – allows over-filled, under-filled and weak cases to be sealed without crushing the case.
• Interchangeable Tapeheads – allows just one tapehead to be used as a spare for both the top and bottom for rapid reload when the tape runs out.
• Adjustable Tapeheads – allows easy adjustment of the taping pressure to ensure all types of case are securely sealed, even weak or under-filled cases.
• The use of side drives is ideal for a wide range of case sizes and particularly narrow cases.

GEM 350

This is a top & bottom belt driven, manually adjusted machine with the following features:

This is a side-belt driven, manually adjusted machine that automatically closes the top case flaps with the following features:

• Dual Action Rear Flap Closer – closes the rear flap of the case in a controlled way to ensure it reliably folds along its crease without dislodging the product in the case.
• Full Guarding – fully interlocked guarding is included to ensure operators are protected away from the case closing mechanism, which is a standard safety requirement.
• Floating Bridge – allows over-filled, under-filled and weak cases to be sealed without crushing the case.
• Interchangeable Tapeheads – allows just one tapehead to be used as a spare for both the top and bottom for rapid reload when the tape runs out.
